Dale R. Carpenter, 69, of Eustis, Florida passed away on January 8, 2016. He was born on May 11, 1946 in Ohio to the late Roy and Clara (Franklin) Carpenter. Dale was the former Theatre Director for Bay Street Theatre in Eustis. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother.
