Carl was proceeded in death by his wife, Eileen Marie Maxwell. - is survived by Susan Stine (daughter), Nancy New (daughter), Debbie Ticknor (daughter), Tim Maxwell, (son) Trish Maxwell (daughter in-law), 10 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.
