On Sunday, October 22, 2017@ 3:33pm, the world stopped briefly as the Heaven opened up to embrace the passing of the Most Wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother Blanche E. Miller. After, ninety (95) years the matriarch of the Miller Family was finally called home by the Lord. Although, her life on earth can never be fully expressed her passing will never be forgotten and will be celebrated as passionately as she lived life.
Blanche Elizabeth Miller was born December 28, 1921 in Banana Ground, Manchester, Jamaica, W.I., to the late Alexander and Jane Carter.
She attended Banana Ground All Age School from which she graduated. After graduation, she relocated to Kingston, where she studied Cosmetology at Madame Rose Leon School of Beauty. She met and married Isaac Samuel Miller to whom she was a devoted wife for fifty eight (58) years. Isaac Samuel preceded her in death on July 13, 1998. This union produced: Wilburn, Sanford (preceded in death), Petronia, Errol (Shirley), Yvonne (Howard for your 24x7 caregiving support), Hugh (Jennifer) and Paulette (Derryl for your continued love for our family)....
It was through her guidance and the love of her family and friends that she knew one day she would heed his call home. Although, we will mourn with great sorrow and deep hearts, we will also rejoice in the incredible and momentous life she led. Farewell will never be the appropriate salutation for a being as you. For every life you reached, for every heart you touched, for every opinion you changed and for every sacrifice you made….CONGRATULATIONS, you earned your wings!
Arrangements under the direction of Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Gotha, FL.
