Barbara Marie Hubbard, 78 of Orlando,Florida, passed away on September 4, 2010. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on August 10, 1932. Barbara was a second generation clock maker. She was a league bowler and many times bowled a 300 game. Barbara loved to garden and fish, and was an accomplished inventor of several useful items that have patents pending. Her greatest love was for her family and friends. Barbara was married to Roy E. Hubbard and he preceded her in death in 2006.
Barbara is survived by her children: Roy Hubbard Jr. and wife Sherri and Diane Lanford and husband Jim; her brother, Clem Brune; her sister, Katherine Mollere, her 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at a later date in Orlando, Florida. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund 877-800-2951 or to the Orlando Health Foundation 321-841-5111 in memory of Mrs. Hubbard.
