Barbara Ann Albright (Stopford, Mackay) from Clearwater, FL was promoted to ANGEL at the young age of 82 years on December 17, 2023. She was born in Akron, OH on February 27, 1941, and moved to Florida at a young age. Barbara graduated from Boone High School in Orlando, FL and received her Registered Nursing Degree from Orange Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as an RN for Gulf Coast and Independent Home Health. Barbara loved being with family, puzzles, music, and sitting outside. She gave and gave and gave to others and embodied the textbook definition of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!
Barbara is survived by her children: Christopher Buckingham, Eric Stopford, Kevin Stopford, Brian Stopford, Rebecca Stopford, Aaron Stopford, Rachel Stopford, and Timothy Stopford. She enjoyed spending time with all eighteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The Celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park (400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd. Gotha, FL 34734) on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 11:00am in the Meadows room.
