I was a resident assistant under Ann's leadership at Tower - Marquette's first co-ed dorm.  I remember Ann fondly and have many times told a stories about our experiences with residents in the dorm.  I think it is ironic that she was in Florida the entire time that my wife and children were - first in South Florida and later in Tampa (now Savannah)and we never bumped into each other.  As I remember she received an engagement ring from Harold during that year at Tower.  (Also I met my future wife that year while at Tower.  Although I have not seen Ann over the years she has always been a part of my Marquette memories.  Condolences to all her friends and family.

Ann was a wonderful individual that gave inspiration, hope, understanding, and insight to everyone she met.  Always willing to lend a helping hand when she could.  She was a very knowledgeable and kind individual who was respected by all who knew her. I know she touched my life working with her at SunTrust.  I will miss her greatly.  May your light shine on in your family and friends that you left behind.

Ann was one of my dearest friends and I miss her insight, perspectives and sense of humor every day.  She was the ultimate professional and the most courageous person I have ever known.  Her legacy lives on at SunTrust and in the lives of the many, many people whose lives she touched.

I am honored that I may call Ann a friend of many years.  She was a wonderful lady and someone many people looked up to.  She has been part of our family and is missed every day.

I am deeply saddened that Ann has lost her battle, and my deepest sympathy goes out to Tim. I worked closely with Ann for more than ten years, and knew her professionally for many more before that. Ann was a strong person, who gently and relentlessly pursued each goal. She was a wonderful listener, and expert debater, which made for some wonderful ideas and programs. Not to mention laughter. Her humor was never at anyone's expense, but she was quick to spot an irony.  She was unsurpassed in puns. In her quiet way, her faith and care for others would gently be known at just the right time.  She helped me personally several times over the years. She touched the lives of virtually every senior leader at SunTrust, and was the glue that held the Advanced Management Workshop together. That three-week program was a world-class experience, which I not only saw from my role in learning, but also, and more special to me, as a participant. GoPeds are still close, which other AMP grads will understand the bonds of our small groups. Ann orchestrated it all. Extraordinary.  Finally, I want to mention that dear Tim was somehow a part of our daily conversations. His love and support of Ann were so much of who she was. Bless you.

I was honored to be Ann's Hairdesigner for too many years to count.  We journied in some ways down this path together, and always, she was a lady with a positive approach to the most difficult parts of the illness.  What stands out is that she 'died living her life'...caring more for others while her body betrayed her.........nobody did it better.

Dear Tim and family. I had the privilege of working with Ann at Marquette's Cobeen Hall in 1974-75.  She had married Tim that fall.  She was a wonderful director and friend. My sincere sympathy for your loss.

I worked for Ann and Harold for many years. Ann was very kind, loving, and strong. She will be missed.

Ann was a classy chick!! I was her nurse when I worked with Dr. Micheal Moore. She will be missed greatly and I will always remember her humor.
