Virginia Goodwin, 95, of Goodyear, AZ died January 23, 2014. She was born on November 30, 1918 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Earl and May Montgomery. She is survived by her son Tom Goodwin; four grandchildren, Daron and Kevon Ross, and Andrew and Craig Goodwin; and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 29th at Christ Community United Methodist Church, 104 W. Western Ave., Avondale, AZ. Burial will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29th at West Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale, AZ. Contributions can be made in memory of Virginia Goodwin to Christ Community UMC, 104 W.
