Joe Gardner Davison (July 7, 1944 – July 7, 2022) was thrilled to be Civil Engineer for Highway Bridges in the State of Arizona but found his true heart’s desire while in retirement when he served as an Associate Pastor for RVC Church in Buckeye, Arizona. He never knew a stranger and loved everyone he met. Once he found his calling, he committed to studying the Bible scripture and seemed to live by Psalms 37. His favorite hobby was trains and loved to collect trains and to ride the rails. He was a friend to many and always had a kind word to everyone he met.
He is preceded in heaven by his parents, Edward and Hellon Davison, his brother Edward, and his wife, Hazel Dean-Davison. He leaves three step-children, Gretchen Peckham (Steven), Michele Grimsley (Vince), and Howard Dean. He loved all eight step grandchildren and his one step great-grandchild.
