Lana was the second born of 10 children. She spent her early childhood in Detroit where she enjoyed running down to the dime store to get a coke for a nickel, playing hide n seek, tag, jumping rope, and taking care of her younger siblings.
As she grew up she loved expressing herself in her English class and always received A’s in Art, which was her favorite. Lana had a natural talent of sewing doll clothes and making cakes. However along with her siblings she hated dish night. She enjoyed watching Shirley Temple and Frankenstein.
Lana married Joseph Frank Rozanek and had 2 children. She adored being a mother, sewing dresses for her daughter, making beautifully decorated cakes for family, and praying and encouraging her children with her words and reading the Bible to them.
Lana later divorced and became a grandmother to Darian and Alexandria. She showered them with love, singing to them in her beautiful voice, spending time with them and always being there with her sweet spirit and prayer. Aldrich and Lance were the next grandchildren. She loved more than ever to talk to them, and see them as much as she could, and hear their sweet voices. After moving to Arizona she spent the majority of her time painting, having movie nights, and caring for her little rescue pup Bruno.
Lana was a kind, loving, sweet person who loved to laugh and sing. She was a believer in Jesus and it showed. In her words, “ The Lord helps in every little thing I do, he should get all of the credit. In work, crafts, etc. I couldn’t do it without him.”
Lana was a loving daughter, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend.
