Jason Christian Spurlock, 39 of Surprise, AZ passed away November 1, 2016 in Sun City, AZ. He was born July 23, 1977 in Hammond, IN to Bobby and Louise Spurlock. He is survived by his wife, Jamie L. Spurlock-Lessig; daughters, Madison and Hailey Lessig; sons Ian Lessig, Jayden Spurlock, Eric Renkar; sisters Deborah (Eric) Hoehn, Michelle Spurlock, Dawn (Billy) Evans, Belinda (Billy) Buchanan, Autumn (Brian) Noll, Jennifer Hayes White; and brothers Kevin (Joni) Spurlock and Bobby (Mary) Spurlock.
A visitation will be held at 9:00 am with a funeral service to follow at 10:00 am, Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 918 S Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ 85338.
