Tribute:
Mom,
Thank you for doing right by us even though we didn’t always return the favor. Thank you for never giving up on us despite our missteps in life. You have always shown us love, believed in us, and have continued to give us encouragement when no one else would. You made sacrifices beyond understanding. Growing up, we’ve watched you struggle raising 3 children all by yourself. You had the right to blame so many for our hardship yet you kept silent and relied on your enduring faith to get us through the difficult times. Often times we have disappointed you, yet you rose above our circumstances and chose to love us just because. Though you had your times of immense hardship and brokenness, somehow you persevered where others would have given up. Your loving spirit was far reaching. Throughout the years you took others into your home, gave them shelter, and fed them like they were your own flesh and blood. You loosed grudges and taught us to do the same. Words alone can never describe the beautiful person you were inside and out. You are the strongest woman we’ve ever known. Though we will forever grieve your loss, may we honor your memory by going forth in our lives as you did in yours. Thank you for allowing us to serve you in your last days here on earth as you have done for so many others. May God bless and keep you. We will forever miss you!
Love You Always and Forever,
Davy, Freddy, and Valerie
