Deva Lynn was born September 11, 1958 in Windom, Minnesota to Donald Norland and Shirley Winters.
An Arizona resident for over 30 years, Deva Lynn worked as a bartender at The Wigwam Resort, in Litchfield Park and also at the Best Western, in Goodyear.
She is survived by her partner and best friend, Eugene Perry; three sons, Kayle Glover, Jori Netka and Andrew Van Noy; three grandchildren, Angelisse Van Noy, Alex and Soren Netka; two sisters, Kali Stratman and Amber Johnson; her mother, Shirley.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 8th at Starpointe Resident's Club, 17665 W. Elliot Rd. in Goodyear.
