He is survived by his fiancé, Amanda Payne, his ex-wife; Angie Tate, his daughters; Leah Tate, Madilyn Tate, and Chloe Sikora, his son; Micah Tate, his sisters; Tara Henning and Shawna Tate and his father, Rocky Tate.
