Christine F. Pläeschke-Anderson, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away on August 14, 2024 leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication. Christine was born in Bitburg, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany to Maria and Oskar Pläeschke.
Christine's passion for music from the 80's filled her home with joyful and vibrant sounds, while her love for fall brought a special warmth to her heart each year. A devoted reader, she found excitement in the works of Stephen King, and her culinary talents shone through in her baking. Her appreciation for seafood was matched only by her enthusiasm for exploring new places.
Christine's educational journey began at Hauptschule Kyllburg, followed by her studies in business management at Berufsbilder de Schulen in Bitburg, Germany. Her professional life was marked by her role at Allied Universal Security, where her dedication and skills were deeply valued.
On December 21, 1984, Christine married her soulmate, Edward. Their life together was filled with love, laughter, and mutual support. Christine's proudest accomplishment was undoubtedly her family, to whom she devoted her heart and soul. Her kindness, honesty, and unwavering support were cornerstones of her character, making her an inspiration to all who knew her.
Her hobbies of cooking and gardening were expressions of her nurturing spirit, and her presence will be profoundly missed. Christine leaves behind a legacy of love, care, and dedication that will continue to resonate through the lives she touched.

Christine is survived by her husband, Edward Anderson; sons Pierre M. Anderson and his family, Stefan K. Anderson, and Justin J. Anderson; her sister Maria Davis and her family and her brother Walter Pläeschke and his family. She is also survived by her extended family members, friends, and her five beloved dachshunds: Lizzy, Max, Cookie, Ally, and Bella.
Christine was preceded in death by her son Sebastian M. Anderson; her father Oskar Pläeschke and her mother Maria Pläeschke; her sister Roswith Kierdorf-Pläeschke; her sister Irene LaRocco; her brother Helmut Pläeschke, and her brother Berthold Pläeschke.
