Beth Ann Muñoz, 52 of Buckeye, AZ passed away on January 9, 2016 in Goodyear, AZ. Beth was born September 25, 1963 in Flint, MI to Kenneth and Lloris Smith.
Beth was employed at St Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
Beth is survived by her husband, Richard Muñoz, son, Shane Muñoz, and daughter, Olivia Muñoz. She was preceded in death by her mother.
