Martha Adaline Noyes, 91, of Avondale, AZ died June 5, 2016 in Glendale, AZ. She was born February 5, 1925 in Tulsa, OK to Lon Patton and Nancy Jane Ellis. Martha spent her life as a homemaker. She was famous for the roses that she grew, but she took even greater care of her children and grandchildren. Her home was always filled with fun and laughter as the neighborhood children often flocked to her home to play.
Martha is survived by her daughter, Martha Jane Barndt, son, Ted Wayne Noyes, two sisters, one brother, two grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held at 9:00 am, with a funeral service to follow at 10:00 am, Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ. Interment will be at 11:30 am at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ.
