SWAFFORD, Willie Mae, age 72 of Goodlettsville, TN died on Friday December 3, 2010, after a short illness. She is preceded in death by her parents, Preston and Cannie Draper and brothers, Harold and Johnny (Donna) Draper. Mrs. Swafford is survived by her husband, Allen, and son, Edward of Goodlettsville; brother and sister-in-law, Floyd and Frances Draper of Valdosta, GA. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law of the Swafford family, numerous nieces and nephews of the Draper and Swafford families. She was a longtime employee of Harvey’s Department Store and Home Depot, a dedicated member of the Faith Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, and a member of the Red Hat Society. Visitation for Mrs. Swafford is scheduled for Monday, 6:00 -8:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Services at the Faith Baptist Church, 1602 N. Gallatin Road will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, with visitation one hour prior to service.
