William "WT" T. Shane, age 71, of Goodlettsville, TN passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, December 18. 2022. He was born Friday September 7, 1951 in Nashville and is proceeded in death by his parents Ruby and Truman Shane; brother, Robert Caudill.
He left behind his wife, Pam, 3 daughters Julie (David) Bandy, Kristi Cole, and Hollie (Andy) Hughes, his 5 grandchildren- Emily, Alex, Gracie, Lilly, and Shane, as well as his brothers Carl Shane, and sister Carol Josey.
WT was an outdoorsman who loved being outside on his tractor, working on his racecar, sports and coaching his daughters’ teams, and spending time with his family.
A visitation for WT will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Garnett Reid officiating. Family and friends will service as pallbearers.
