Shirley Mae Maynard

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Maynard; son, Larry Maynard, grandson, Chris; parents, Carl Johns and Mamie Castell.

Shirley enjoyed working crossword puzzles. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed being outside gardening. She can be described as a jewel and was good to all that she met. She loved the Lord and her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Manilla; son, Ralph Maynard (Mary); grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, and Victoria. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

A gathering of family and friends for Shirley will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. A gathering of family and friends will also be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 12:00 PM.
