Ruby Jane Andrews

Ruby Jane Andrews, age 84, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Born Saturday, April 14, 1934 in Ashland Township, Indiana, she is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Lola Ines Applegate Stierwalt; her husband, A. C. Andrews and daughter, Cheryl Hamilton.

A former mother advisor Jere Baxter Rainbow #31 and a member of Jere Baxter #343 OES; she loved all sports as well as reading, jigsaw puzzles and cross stitch. She also would travel to Bristol, Tennessee for NASCAR races. She attended New Bethel Missionary Baptist church.

Mrs. Andrews is survived by her children, Patricia (Randy) Neff, Gary (Peggy) Andrews, Donald Greenwood, Gale Andrews, Charles (Janice) Greenwood, Dennis Greenwood; 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchild.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted 11:00 Saturday in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. David Andrews, Bro. Jeremy Sisk and Bro. Adam Neff officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Andrews at a visitation Friday from 4:00 until 8:00 and one hour prior to the service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
