Nettie H. Moore

Born in Camden, TN. Nettie is preceded in death by her parents William and Betty Walrond and her father Thelbert Hatley. She is also preceded in death by her brother Kevin Hatley and sister Janice Herren. Nettie is survived by her husband of 61 years, Oscar Moore; son Tim Moore; daughter, Tara Sweeten (Kevin); grandchildren Clay and Kyle Sweeten; sisters Vicki Childers and Sherrie Thomas; brothers Warren Hatley (Judy) and Scott Walrond (Kim).

Nettie loved her family and friends dearly and especially doted on her grandkids. She was always willing to help others. She loved antiquing, crafting, and reading. She was a huge Elvis Presley fan. She will be greatly missed every day, but the lessons she taught us and the cherished memories we have of her will live forever in our hearts.

A visitation for Nettie will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 4pm to 8pm and again on Wednesday, December 20th, from 1pm to 2pm, with a Celebration of Life to begin at 2pm and burial to follow, all at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 S. Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville, TN.
