Leland Frank Mabry, age 88, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee Wednesday, August 5, 1931 and is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Frank and Harue King Mabry.
A Army veteran, he served during the Korean War; he enjoyed big game hunting, boating, fishing, and bowling. He retired after 35 years from Braid Electric Company.
Mr. Mabry is survived by his wife of 70 years, Emma Shumate Mabry; son, Jeff Mabry and his wife Cathy; grandchildren, Chera Willbanks, Chase Mabry, Malachi Mabry, Amber Clifton; great-grandchildren, Kyndal and Averi Willbanks.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted 2:00 Thursday, June 18, 2020 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Curtis and Bro. Paul Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mr. Mabry at a visitation Wednesday, June 17, 2020 from 2:00 until 6:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Pike Goodlettsville, Tennessee
