Age 77, of Hermitage, TN passed away on June 13, 2015.
Preceded in death by parents, James W. Humphrey and Lena A. Strader Humphrey.
Survived by loving wife of 56 years, Shirley Humphrey; children, Johnny (Donna) Lokey, Eddie Gilbert, Gary (Debbie) Humphrey, Kenneth Ray Humphrey, and Joyce Humphrey; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Wanda, Betty, and Glenda; and 2 brothers, David and Johnny.
K.W. served his country in the U.S. Army, and spent his career as a truck driver for 32 years with American Freight Systems. He was a member of the West Nashville Masonic Lodge and spent his free time fishing and hunting.
The family will gather with friends and family for a time of remembrance and visitation on Tuesday evening from 4-8 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 with Pastor Jesse Pedigo officiating at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
