Mary Katherine “Kathy” Gammons Glasgow; 76, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017; she was born Tuesday, November 12, 1940 in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee and is preceded in death by her parents Donnie Rex and Pluma Joines Forkum; step-son Michael Glasgow.
A member of Hendersonville First Baptist Church, Mrs. Glasgow is survived by her husband, George; son, Barry (Beth) Gammons; sister, Freeda (R H Buddy) Ryals; grandchildren, Hayley and Zachary Gammons; step-daughters, Cynthia Breidenbach, Marie Glasgow, Diane Glasgow-Layer and Sharon Geyer.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Glasgow at a visitation Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 4:00 until 6:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Road Goodlettsville.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to American Lung Assoc., American Heart Assoc., or Room in The Inn.
A celebration of life will be conducted 11:00 Friday, March 24, 2017 at Hendersonville First Baptist Church 106 Bluegrass Commons Blvd. Hendersonville with Dr. Bruce Chesser and Rev. Jack Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
