Jean P. Morgan, 81, passed away Friday, September 26, 2014. Born Saturday, July 8, 1933, she is preceded in death by her parents Burt and Marie Hinton Proctor; husband, Henry Edward Morgan, brothers, Charles Garner Proctor and George Burton Proctor, Jr.
A secretary for the Metropolitan Davidson County Court Clerk and a member of Rivergate Church of Christ, Mrs. Morgan is survived by her sons, Michael (Deborah) Bennett, Micky (Kathy Jo) Morgan; many wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be conducted 12:00 Monday, September 29, 2014 in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Bro. Clint Parnell and Bro. Paul Burgess officiating. Burial following in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Alive Hospice.
Family and friends will gather at a visitation Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 2 until 6 at Forest Lawn.
