Janet Arlene Angell

Janet Arlene Angell, age 77, of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Janet was born Friday, August 24, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York and is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ethel Franny Schmitt; daughter, Melynda Trenholme; sister, Eleanor Waller.

A homemaker for the most part, she enjoyed reading, crosswords, camping, car races and a fan of the Lady Vols.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William A. "Bill" Angell; daughter, Julie (Roger) Binkley; son, Corey (Bobbi) Angell; grandchildren, Arthur Justin Trenholme, Tony Trenholme, Breanna Angell; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Trenholme, Cassidy Trenholme, Cain Trenholme.

A visitation for Janet will be held Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at and Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 12:00 to 2:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. J W Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Masonic Gardens at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
