Frances Ann Pruett

Frances Ann Pruett, age 85, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Frances was born Friday, June 18, 1937 in Nashville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Malcomb and Ann Sawyer Parnell, Sr; husband, Billy Ray Pruett and daughter, Jina Jones; sister, Nancy Krech and brother, Larry Parnell.

Frances loved spending time with family, going out to eat, country music and Hallmark movies. She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Carr; grandchildren, Holly Jones, Ryne (Lindsey) Carr, and Katie Jones; brother, Jimmy (Joan) Parnell; brother-in-law, Martin (Shirley) Pruett; son-in-law, Tony Jones; great-grandchildren, Vivienne and Caroline Carr.

A visitation for Frances will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM with Bro. Garvin Claiborne officiating.

Frances will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be, Ryne Carr, Charlie Vaden, Martin Pruett, Chip Parnell, Johnny Labbous, Dennis Levering and serving as Honorary is Tony Jones.
