Sure do miss my sweet cousin, Donna, I know she’s in heaven looking down on this crazy world we r living in and I know she is happy and free of pain. This gives me peace knowing I will see her again💕

Hard to believe you are no longer with us.   We miss you but will see you again one day :)

It's been a year since you've been gone and our world has been a little dimmer...  I think of you often and smile because of the light that you added to my life and to the lives of many others.  I know Heaven is brighter with you there and am glad that you don't have to suffer any longer with the pain that you bore daily during the past few years.  You were strong, compassionate, serious and funny and so very talented.  Sending "Hugs" and love to you in Heaven and want you to know you are sincerely missed my wonderful friend.

I am so sorry for all of you over the loss of such a sweet person.  I have great memories of Donna from high school days, being one of her cheerleading coaches.  She was so energetic and always had that beautiful smile.  Just a joy to be around! Gone too soon for sure.

I have so many precious memories of Donna when she was growing up while living across the street from her. My children were close to her and Trina's age so they spent a lot of time in our pool and going to the park for games. She was always the sweetest and the most loving person you would ever meet.  The family is in my constant prayers.

We were sisters....loved her.  She was always there for us.  

We had a great time at the MN Twins baseball game.  She was always so full of fun and laughter.  We will miss her more than words can say.

As some people journey through life, they leave footprints of kindness, compassion, warmth, faith, and joy – and Donna certainly did that. It was with great sadness that I learned of her passing, but the trail she left behind will continue to inspire us. I first met Donna when I moved to Nashville in 1998 and began working for an ACH processing and software company. The following year with her support and assistance I became an AAP like her, and I attended many TACHA sessions she conducted and learned a great deal from her. One of those TACHA sessions was on the early morning of 9/11/01 at the Marriott Hotel when together we learned about the terrorist attacks on our country. Through the years we met up at many payments industry events including the annual Nacha conference held at numerous different cities across the country. Donna was an expert at what she did, and she exemplified class, professionalism, respect, dignity, a sense of caring, and a willingness to help. I had not seen her for an extended period of time due to the pandemic, but we reunited at the Nacha conference this past May which was held at the Opryland Hotel. Donna had sent me an email hoping that I could make it to the breakfast that PaymentsFirst was hosting, and it was so great to see her that day. After catching up she came over and sat down beside me, and then told everyone at the table they needed to take one of the RCA Studio B tours I provide as she had come on my tour herself and had raved about it ever since. That’s how she was – always making others feel special, appreciated, and recognized while remaining very humble about her own expertise, knowledge, and achievements. Her smile and personality were infectious, and she was a friend to many of us in the industry who are better people for knowing her. My sympathy is extended to her family, and I pray that God will comfort and care for them as we celebrate Donna’s wonderful legacy that will always live on.   

I was saddened beyond words to learn of Donna’s passing.  She was instrumental in my decision to become an AAP, and was always ready with the answer to a question or an encouraging word.  Her integrity and passion for all things ACH was evident every time I was around her.  Prayers and condolences to Donna’s family, friends, and co-workers; I know she will be greatly missed.

What a beautiful soul Donna had. She had the friendliest spirt and always a smile on her face. She will be dearly missed. 

Steve, Rusty and I are so sorry to hear about the passing of Donna.  I always enjoyed talking with her when we were able to see you and your family when you came to West Virginia.  You and your family are in our thoughts and pray that you will find peace in God's comfort now and in the coming days.  Love you!

Murray State University Homecoming 2011.  Alpha Gam sisters reconnecting for a weekend of fun and memories.  We had so much fun.  We had a good laugh when we realized we were now the "old people" at the Pike lodge.  Donna was a sweet, beautiful, and fun person.  She will be greatly missed.

Steve and family, what devastating news about dear Donna. She was always so kind and welcoming (and fun and funny!) to be around during the Goodpasture days.  What good memories we have of those days and y’all. Steve, you and your family will be on our hearts as you try to heal from this. I wish I had the words to express the impact Donna made on those of us who saw her as an icon in the payments industry. I'm sure many of you who knew her as a family member or close friend feel a depth of grief I can't fully understand, but let me also testify to the breadth of grief Donna's passing will inspire. There are thousands of us who worked with her and can attest to her immense popularity within her chosen profession. I know this sad news is bringing people to a halt across multiple cities, states, and regions of the country. Donna had the kind of authentic beauty (inside and out) that left a mark on everyone she worked with. Her passing will leave a corresponding gap in the fabric of our lives. Donna will be deeply missed, and not just by a few. I feel so blessed to have known and worked with her, and I am so thankful for the many happy memories she left behind. Our prayers are with her family and friends.

I worked with Donna for many years at TACHA.  She was a good and loyal friend who was well loved by all who knew her.  She will be missed.  My heart goes out to her family and friends.

Donna was such an encourager and a sweet friend. She shopped in my store and we made several custom pieces of furniture for her and Steve. She was a joy to work with on the projects. My husband and I will be praying for Steve and her family in the coming days and weeks.

Donna was my best friend throughout high school.  I loved her so.  We had so much fun.  She seemed perfect to me as she was the class president, Miss Spring, Miss CCHS, Cheerleader, and all the while remaining the most down to earth person I knew.    I was honored that she chose to be my friend.   She was just as beautiful inside as out.   So glad we got to reconnect a few years ago and had kept in touch , though sadly not enough.  I have no doubt she is perfect again as an angel.  She will be missed by all who knew her.  

I am so sorry to hear about Donna. I have been in the financial institution industry the same length of time and always relied on Donna for advice. God rest her soul.

I am so sorry for your loss. Donna was a great lady and will be missed by so many. I have only worked with Donna over the last six months at PaymentsFirst but have known her for years through her work within the Payments Industry.  Lean on God for strength during this time of grief.  You all are in my prayers.

I’m not really sure what to say, we were cousins but more like sisters. Growing up across the street from each other we never knew which house we were going to end up spending the night at. we would spend hours under the big shade tree playing with our Barbies till one of us got mad but we always got it worked it out.  She was my maid of honor in mine and Jeff’s wedding.   All of the weekend trip to her and Steve’s first house. The New Year celebration for several years in a row.  Shopping trips to Target and Sam’s. There are so many memories. I will hold all of them in my heart. I love you and miss you so much.  Love, Tina 

Donna was one of my BFFs in college.  We were Alpha Gamma Delta pledge sisters.  She was beautiful inside and out.  Everybody loved Donna.  I am so grateful that we recently reconnected.

I have so many great memories with Donna - Alpha Gam functions, parties, dances, trips and nights at the Pike Lodge!   This pic was from a dance or mixer at the Pike Lodge.  We were 20 maybe. 


Donna was my best friend the first grade of school and again the 5th thru 10 th. We cheered together, laughed and cried and tried not to like the same boy at the same time. I was always at her house with her mom fixing us cinnamon toast or she was at mine with my mom fixing us chocolate gravy. We would go to the fair every year and have the boys win stuffed animals for us and then move on to the next boys. We had so many stuffed animals that we had to take them to the car and then go back for more. Sorry fellas. I have so many great memories of her. She was truly my best friend. Thru broken hearts, cheerleading camp, and just growing up she was such a huge part of my life. It’s sad how people that were once so close could eventually be strangers. I miss the good ole days and my sweet beautiful friend. I feel very blessed to have been a part of her life.
