Donald W Thompson, 90, of Hendersonville, TN passed away peacefully at home on May 4, 2021.
Don served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a kind and loving husband to his wife, Voncile, who preceded him in death. He was an amazing father to his son and daughter, a man of God who loved his family and served God at Trinity Baptist Church in Hendersonville, TN.
He is survived by son, Ken & wife Beverly Thompson and daughter, Shirley Thompson & husband Bob Sylvia, grandson Shawn Akhavan and granddaughter Sheila Akhavan.
Graveside funeral services will be virtual on Facebook Live through Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, Goodlettsville, TN 3pm on Tuesday May 11, 2021.
