Preceded in death by her father, C.L. Spray; and grandmother, Ira Daniel.
Survived by her husband, Bobby Ballentine; son, Scott Meadows; daughter, Tonya Taylor and son-in-law, Lyle Taylor; two precious grandchildren, Jackson (the Golden Child) and Ramsey (her Platinum Girl); her mother, Maeola Williams; brothers, Eddie Spray and his wife Gail and Terry Hutchison and his wife Cindy.
Debbie loved her children and grandchildren beyond measure. She was full of life and loved people. Best friend to many and known as the "General" among coworkers in her many years in the music industry.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at twelve noon at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Family and close friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will gather with friends for a time of remembrance and visitation Tuesday, February 3, 2015 from four o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening, and again on Wednesday before the service beginning at ten o’clock in the morning.
