Survived by loving husband Dean, son Phil (Donna), daughter Gina (Mark), daughter Kristy (Danny), grandchildren: Kailey, Karley, Logan, Carter, Bre, Tanner, Abby, Jaden.
A funeral service will be conducted 2pm Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation with the family will be held Monday from 12pm until 8pm and Tuesday from 10am until 2pm at the funeral home.
