Bobby was a member of GoodNaz Church for over 26 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hardy and Sylvia West Henson; grandson, Alexander Bowe; 2 brothers, Alvin and Cleveland Henson; brother-in-law, Emmett Buchanan.
Survived by his wife, Susan S. Henson; sons, Bobby Henson Jr. (Norma), Jim Henson and David Henson (Juanita); sisters, Viola Loftis (Robert) and Christine Buchanan; grandchildren, Marcie Bigord (Reggie), Jason McGuire, Shelby Woods, Justin Henson and Tiffany Henson; great-grandchildren, Braxton Bigord, Riley McGuire, Jaxion McGuire, Abram Woods, Skyler Henson and Daniel Henson.
A visitation for Bobby will be held Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday, January 20, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
A funeral service will occur 2:00 PM Friday, January 20, 2023 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Philip Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
