Billy G. Williams

He is preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Jean Williams; and his parents, Houston Gray and Nina (Way) Williams.

Mr. Williams served his country in the United States Navy. He enjoying golfing, fishing, and traveling. He was an avid UT Vols football fan. He can be remembered for his appreciation of good food. He was a Christian and loved the Lord. He cherished his family and the life that he was blessed with.

He is survived by his wife, Sara Williams and her family; son, Mark Williams, and his wife, Linda; grandchildren, Ethan and Carli; great-grandchildren, Kannon and Aurora; nephew, Barry Williams, and his wife, Rosita; niece, Tricia Broughton; great nieces, Shamada, Belle Broughton; great nephews, Neil Whittle and Zach Broughton. He is also survived by numerous friends.

A gathering of family and friends for Billy will be held Friday, September 9, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, followed by a celebration of life service at 2:00 PM. Interment with military honors will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
