Beverly J McQuiston

Beverly was born on November 6, 1931 to the late Roy Bertrum and Lyndell Naomi Lankford of Burns, Tennessee. Beverly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who devoted her entire life to the Lord and His work. She worked in central service at Baptist Hospital for 30 plus years until retirement. After retiring she enjoyed serving at her home church Ivy Memorial Baptist Church, and also working in the garden with flowers, and cooking.

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years Thomas McQuiston; stepmother Christine Lankford; daughter Mary June McQuiston Cooper; brothers William “Bill” Lankford, Darwin Lankford; Sister in love Mary Lankford.

Survived by brother James “Jimmy” Lankford of Burns, TN; sister in love May Lankford of Burns,TN; son Thomas “Clay” McQuiston of Nashville, TN; grandson Stephen “Mark” McQuiston of Madison, TN; granddaughter Christy Cooper-Jones (Lee) of Corinth, MS; great grandchildren Zackery McQuiston of Evansville, IN, Bethanie Clark (McKenzie), Brittanie Jordan, Mary “Hope” Jones, Danny Jones III, Martha “Abbie” Jones of Corinth, MS; great great grandchildren Zynlee and Ryker Jordan of Corinth, MS; several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral Services will be 2:00pm, Friday, December 29th. Visitation 4:00pm-8:00pm, Thursday and 12:00pm until time of service on Friday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home,1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN, 37072,www.dignitymemorial.com, 615-859-5279.
