Austin (Keefe means “handsome and gentle") which describe him to a tee. He was a huge sports enthusiast and he rooted for any team that played the Tennessee Volunteers. His favorite teams were the Titans, Florida State football, North Carolina basketball, Vanderbilt sports. As a child he excelled in baseball and soccer. He was best known by many as “the guy with dread locks and the red jeep." He was also known as the hard working bar back at local lake restaurants.
Austin is preceded in death by his mother, Debra Gay Sharp; grandparents, Owen H Sharp and Betty Jean Sharp; cousin, Bryan Sharp, and canine Ferris. He will be survived by his father and best friend, Dave Allen Sharp (Janet); sister, Christy Woodside (Jeremy), brother, Joshua Perry; uncle, Gary Sharp (Debbie); niece Molly Martin (Cameron); cousins, Maxwell Sharp and Kelly Sharp(Denver} ; and beloved girlfriend Jessica Taylor (the love of his life).
His loss will be felt by many. R.I.P. my only child, Dad.
A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens
Visitation with the family will be held prior to the funeral 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM
