Alice Charline Carter

Alice Charline Carter, age 93, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019. She was born Monday, February 15, 1926 in Calhoun City, Mississippi and is precede in death by her parents, Felix and Maude Brown; her husband, Paul Carter; sons, Gene Carter, Steve Carter and Richard Carter, Sr.

A member of Hendersonville Church of Christ; she enjoyed her church, doing crossword puzzles, playing bingo and hanging with friends.

Mrs. Carter is survived by her daughters, Nita Rayburn and Angela Bandy; her sons, Frank Carter and Terry Carter; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and their families.

A celebration of life will be conducted 1:00 Friday, July 12, 2019 at Hendersonville Church of Christ 107 Rockland Road Hendersonville, Tennessee. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 1150 So. Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, Tennessee.

Serving as pallbearers are; Frank Carter, Jr., David Carter, Kenneth Ray, Terry Walker, Terry Carter, Jr., Michael Carter. Honorary pallbearers are Joey Stagg and Richard Carter, Jr.

Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Carter at a visitation Friday, July 12. 2019 from 10:00 until the 1:00 service at Hendersonville Church of Christ.
