We had several conversations during one of his hospital stays. Great talking to such a sweet guy. I really miss him. I didn’t get to see him face to face very much but he had a great presence 

Wayne was my brother in law.  A very good man. Hard worker. He worked with my dad at the sanatation dept with the City of New Orleans.  Give you the shirt off his back. (He’s the reason I got my first car ). Loved his kids. It’s been many years since we’ve spoken. But will never be forgotten. God bless you ,Wayne Jr and Frankie. Y’all are in our prayers

I worked with Wayne for 20 years at BFI/Allied/Republic Services.  Wayne was a great guy and friend that would do anything he could to help if you needed him.   Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.  Keith & Susan
