I had the pleasure of working with Buddy Lee for the past few years at Syngenta and talked to him on a daily basis. He had a big heart and always made you laugh. The work place will not  be the same without him. He will be greatly missed by many. I would like to send my condolences to Buddy Lee's family and friends.

     35 years ago I was electrical superintendent at then Ciba -Geigy employed by JE Merit 
     Uncle Doug Freaneaux was Purchasing agent ask me to please help his nephew 
   Doug said he a big guy big heart just needed a break Buddy and family was living out town he was wiring houses 
    I brought Buddy into a whole new world in a crew of 43 Maint and project electrical people 
    Doug was right it was not long Buddy had learned the work and plant so well
I promoted him to planner 
After a couple years as planner for entire electrical group Ciba Geigy moved Buddy out the Electrical shop into main planning office and gave Buddy operating units to plan along with all the electrical 
    Buddy was the very best guy out all of us and Ciba Geigy saw his knowledge his heart along with his hard work the gifts Uncle Doug told me about many years before 
   Me all 43 electrical people that there when Buddy hired in had  been gone from the plant and a 100 others ,,,,,,
      Everybody loved Big Bud !!!!

Donna, I would like to extend my prayers and sympathies to you and your family. I worked with Buddy in the Electrical group at Ciba Geigy for 10 years from 1990- 2000. I enjoyed that time immensely and considered Buddy a great co-worker and friend. It was a pleasure working with him. May God bless and comfort all of you!

I worked with Buddy for 20 years at Novartis and now Syngenta. He was one of the best people to be around and just conversate with. He will definitely be missed by many.  Rest in Peace my friend, and we will see you on the other side one day.

It’s been 28 years since the first time I met Buddy.  He always took care of business, had a good attitude, he had a fun personality that made you laugh all the time . He was a car guy and enjoyed conversations  talking about them. I was fortunate to know him. Gonna miss you Big Guy

I knew Buddy for just a few years, and I can tell that he was a kind hearted man that took his job serious. He was easy to work with and one of the biggest tigers fan there was. As he goes on to meet our Savior, I would like to send my condolences to his family in this time of grief.    

My condolences to Buddy's family, such an unfortunate loss at such a young  age.

I worked with Buddy for 14 years and always marveled at his positive attitude  and enthusiasm for what ever had to be done.

I am so saddened by his passing. There simply are not enough good people like him in our world.

A man with a huge Heart. A Heart of gold. And always a smile on your face.  You have touched so many people with your kindness and will be sorely missed. Godspeed, cousin. 

There are no words to describe the sadness of learning of Buddy’s passing. I’ve never known a better man. We worked together for years. Cooked quite a few jambalayas too. 
My condolences go out to his family and friends. While the sadness is greater here, the joy and happiness in heaven has increased ten fold. 

My biggest regret is I only " knew" Buddy thru the Buddy stories from Donna at work. So I gathered he was warm, easygoing, aimed to please, just a nice man. Very sorry to have missed him " in person". Know I missed  a great one. My  loss, much to my regret.

I worked with Buddy for many years at Syngenta  and all the plant names before that. Any time you called Buddy the response was the same "No Problem Got It". He always had a smile and was always upbeat. He was a man among me and May God Bless Him.

So sorry to hear this news. Buddy was such a wonderful person. Prayers for the family.

Buddy was one of a kind.  He was a very giving and caring man. Always a lot of fun to be around. He will be missed by many.
