Sandra Kay Turner, 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 with her family by her side. She was born in Kokomo, IN and resided in Gonzales. Sandra was a retired auto dealership title clerk. She is survived by her husband, Jerry D. Turner; 3 daughters, Lori Hodges, Kristine Peacock and Misty Turner; 6 grandchildren, Shannon Johnson, Michael and Marie Bordelon, Sarah Hodges, Beau and Kayla Bordelon, Sierra Prejean and Hunter Turner; 2 great-grandchildren, Kailyn Guitreau and Odin Bordelon. She is preceded in death by her parents Earl Eugene and Sally Wilson VanNatter; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Robert Fravel; brothers-in-law, Don and Dan Turner. Visitation will be at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 9AM until service at 11AM conducted by Dan Blake. Interment will follow at Hope Haven mausoleum in Gonzales. Pallbearers will be Joe Rosenthal, Keith Sliman, Bill Foster, Shannon Johnson, Beau Bordelon, Christopher Nunez, Alan Hodges and Michael Bordelon. Honorary pallbearer will be Hunter Turner.
