Sammie G. Lobell

She is survived by her husband, Howard K. Lobell; son, Karl Brandon Lobell (Brad) and wife Kristy; daughter Brooklyn Jade DiMarco; grandchildren, Abby Lobell, Karlie Lobell, Brennan DiMarco and Bailey DiMarco; sister, Yvonne Self; brother in law, Mark Lobell; sister in law, Deborah Major (Keith); numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alene Basco and Sam Self; sister, Sally Picou; son in law, William DiMarco Jr. (Billy); mother in law, Lois Hood; father in law, Wendell Hood; brother in law, Dennis Lobell.

Sammie loved her family with all her heart. She enjoyed the beach, traveling, shopping, helping others and spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Ourso Funeral Home on Monday, February 27, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Oak Grove Baptist Church from 9:00am to 11:00am to be followed by a funeral service at 11:00am.
