Sue was a fun loving free spirit, and was always ready with a quick comeback. Her fondest childhood memories were growing up in Plaquemines Parish in an orange orchard and playing on the levee. Sue was a life-long Christian who would share the Lord’s word with anyone. Family gatherings and meals were always her favorite, and she was considered a great cook. She enjoyed working with her hands and had many hobbies, such as painting, sewing, crochet and even jewelry making. Her family meant everything to her, and she relished being “Grammi” to her grandkids and great grandbabies. She was the funny aunt to her many nieces, nephews and their children, in which she adored them all. Her funny and witty ways will be greatly missed.
Sue is survived by her two daughters, Amanda Lynn Boyd (Dusty Boyd) and Allison Leigh Wadhwani; one son, Aaron Scott Lamb (Dawn Lamb); seven grandchildren, Danica Layne Boyd (Jason Boyd), Bethany Rayne Hardy (Nathan Hardy), Isabella Lamb Wadhwani, Rohan Wadhwani, Victoria Cecile Braud, Alicia Nicole Braud, Christian Matthew Lamb, and Nicholas Fulton Lamb; five great grandchildren, Bailey Elizabeth Boyd, Gavin Marshall Boyd, Rowan Claude Hardy, Willa Grace Hardy and Malachi Alizabeth Hernandez. She is also survived by her sisters, Willie Frances Sumich, and Minnie Lee Popich, as well as her much loved numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Fulton James Lamb, her sister Lois Annette Tompkins, her brother Charles Ray Freeman and parents.
Memorial services will be held on May 14, 2022 at 4 pm at Live Oak Methodist Church in Watson, LA. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.oursofh.com for the Lamb family.
