Ronald Paul Gautreaux

Ronald “Pastor Ronnie” Paul Gautreaux, age 76, of Livingston, Louisiana went peacefully on Friday, September 17, 2021. Ronald was born June 29, 1945 to the late Lillian Achord Gautreaux and Cleveland Paul Gautreaux.

Pastor Ronnie obtained his pharmacist license in May of 1967. He was the pastor at Word of Life Worship Center in Maurepas, LA. Pastor Ronnie was musically talented and he played multiple instruments. He was an outstanding pastor, husband, father and grandfather. His greatest loves were God, his church, his wife and his family.

Ronald is survived by his wife of 37 years, Grace Loyd Gautreaux; daughters, Jill Gautreaux Poirrier, Roxanne Guitreau and husband Gervais; sons, Jason Gautreaux, Jared Gautreaux, Walter "Joey" Gordon and wife Monica; daughter-in-law, Lorena Gordon; grandchildren, Jakson Gautreaux, Jasie Sanchez, Charly Gautreaux, Hannah Poirrier, Sophie Poirrier, Emily Poirrier, Cody Guitreau, Casey Guitreau, Cadie Guitreau, Trent Gordon, Jonathan Gordon, Matthew Gordon, Kaleigh Gordon, Adam Gordon, Amie Gordon; great grandchildren, Levi, Kate and Gabrielle.

Ronald was preceded in death by his son Norman Gordon, Jr.; his parents, Cleveland Paul Gautreaux and Lillian Achord Gautreaux.

Family and friends of Pastor Ronnie are invited to attend the Visitation at Word of Life Worship Center, Maurepas, LA on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 from 9am-12pm with Funeral Services immediately following. Ronald will be laid to rest in Eastern Star Cemetery, Wilson, Louisiana. Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
