She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Russell Firmin; daughter and a son-in-law, Christy Firmin Wilson and Scott; grandson, Alexx Dexter Gonday; granddaughter, Marcie Firmin; father, Huey P. Falcon; three sisters and a brother.
Preceded in death by her mother, Nellie Mitchell Falcon; son, Trent Firmin; and a sister, Theresa Duncan.
There will be a visitation at Ourso Funeral Home on Monday, July 8, 2013, from 9 a.m. until services at 1 p.m., conducted by Rev. Larry Molliere. Interment will be in Greenoaks Memorial Park Cemetery in Baton Rouge.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Duncan, Ricci Guidry, Scott Wilson, JR McElroy, Alexx Gonday, and Tyler Blassingame.
