Jim was a proud veteran who served in the US Army. He was a respiratory therapist by trade and then went on to open his own business Paramedics, Inc. Paramedics provided respiratory and physical therapy services within the hospitals. This in-house service was the first of its kind in California. He was always willing to help those around him, because of this he opened a non-profit organization called The Alethean Christian Foundation. Jim was able to help many single parents get back on their feet through his acts of kindness of offering not only material items but places for them to stay in his rental properties. He truly had a heart of gold and loved unconditionally. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether that be riding motorcycles, boating, skiing or traveling in the motorhome. He also had a soft spot for his animals. His loving soul will truly be missed. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 10:00AM till 11:30AM with a service at 11:30AM at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales.
