Lorraine Frances Martin Landry age 75 died on Saturday May 18, 2013 in Gonzales, LA. She was a native of Port Sulphur, LA and a resident of Gonzales, LA and a retired Occupational Therapist with the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. She is survived by 3 Sons and Daughters-in-law- Keith and Mandy Landry of Broussard, La., Bryan and Lisa Landry of Mandeville, La. and Ray and Judy Landry of Gonzales, La., 1 Sister- Mary Lou Martin Ban of Belle Chase, La. ,2 Brothers- Emile “Mitz” Martin III and Ray Martin Martin of Belle Chase, La. ,6 Grandchildren- Joseph Keith Landry and Spouse- Ashley of Broussard, La. , Mary Michel Landry of Broussard, La. , Clay Landry of Mandeville, La. ,Will Bryan Landry of Heaven, Nicholas Keith Landry of Gonzales, La. ,and Angelle Landry of Gonzales, La. , 2 Great Grandchildren- Ali Claire Landry and Zye Blake Landry of Broussard, La. Mrs. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband Lucien Bernard “L. B.” Landry, Parents- Emile Martin Jr. and Mercedes ”Massy” Becnel Martin , 2 sisters- Una Martin and Rita “Tots” Martin Collins, 2 Brothers- Eugene Martin and Benjamin “Benny” Martin, and 1 Grandson- Will Bryan Landry. Pallbearers will be Joseph Keith Landry, Nicholas Landry, Felix Mendoza, Sam Pasqua, David Mendoza and Chris Dupre. Mrs. Lorraine was an Auxillary member of the St. Theresa Knights of Columbus Council # 2657 and a Honorary member of the United States Marine Corp which was given to her after the death of her husband who was a United States Marine Corp veteran .In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation or the Secular Franciscan Fraternity of St. John the Evangelist of Lafayette, La.. Visitation will be held at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church on Wednesday May 22, 2013 from8:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am with the recitation of the rosary at 8: 45am.
