Jacob Cecil Cross

Jake will be remembered by all as an outgoing, fun-loving, caring, larger than life guy. He struggled with addiction for several years and is finally at peace. Jake is in a better place and will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, Jerry Lee Cross and Robert John DeRoche.

He is survived by his parents, Jeffrey and Andra Cross; sister, Lauren Cross Evans (Ryan) and his nephew, Roman Tiberius Evans; grandmothers, Nancy Cross and Sherry DeRoche; uncles, Mike Cross (Cathy), Matt Cross, Robert DeRoche, Jr; aunts, Becca Cross Muller (Patrick), Dani Schindler, Vicki Moss (Dave); and numerous loving cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend A Celebration of Jake’s Life which will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm. A private burial will be held at a later date.
