Charles Jeffery Wells Jr., age 43, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024, in New Orleans, LA. Charles “Jeff”, was born on August 10, 1980. He was a native of St. Bernard Parish. He was preceded in death by his sister, Melissa Walle. He is survived by his son, Zillah Wells; daughter, Lilly Wells; mother, Juanita Wells; father, Jeff Wells; step-mother, Tina Wells; brothers, Mark Voebel (Brittany), Luke Voebel (Caitlin) and Matthew Voebel (Lauren); grandmother, Nina Selvage; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales LA on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 10 am until the funeral service at noon. He will be laid to rest in Hope Haven Cemetery, 604 E. Hwy 30, Gonzales LA. Arrangements by Ourso Funeral Home.
