Charles Ray Blouin, age 71, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Baton Rouge General ICU. He is survived by his wife Debra Nickens Blouin; 3 daughters and son in law Adia and James Talley, Tawanah Blouin and Jeanne Blouin; 2 sons and daughter in law Charles “Charlie” Jr. and Tina Blouin, and Garryl Blouin; sister Geneva Lanoux; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Azelie Duplessis Blouin; former wife Bobbie Stafford Blouin. Visitation will be Friday, December 2, 2016 at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales from 9AM until Funeral Service at 12PM. Burial will follow at Hope Haven Cemetery in Gonzales.
