Chad Anthony Acosta

Chad Anthony Acosta, of French Settlement, La passed away at his home on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the age of 59. He is survived by his children, Trent Acosta and Amanda Acosta Melancon (Chase); father, Murphy Acosta (Sharlene); grandchildren, Ava, Ty and Ella Acosta and Zoey, Connor Aubree and Baylee Melancon; sister, Missy Bendily (Jerry Don) and brother, Dwayne Acosta; niece, Kelsee Landry (Austin) and his girlfriend, Rebecca Foster. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Villar. Services for Chad will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in French Settlement on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Visitation will be from 9 am until Funeral at 11 am. He will be laid to rest in the church cemetery. Pallbearers are, Chase Melancon, Dwayne Watts, Jerry Don Bendily, Mark Acosta, Randall Heath and Percy Edler. Arrangements by Ourso Funeral Home of Gonzales.
