A resident of St. Amant and a native of Brusly, she died Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the age of 78. She is survived by her son, Kirby Cannon. Preceded in death by her husband, Lonis Cannon; parents, Robert and Effie Tullier Hebert; sisters, Ann Mary Hebert Martin and Verna Lee Hebert Altazan; brothers, Wilfred Hebert and Robert Hebert Jr; and her beloved dog of 16 years, Dusty. There will be a visitation at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Amant, on Tuesday, June 19, from 9 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Prairieville Community Cemetery, Prairieville.
